Updates:
1. I am only able to ship isopod and springtail orders to a Texas address only. I am working on getting my permit to ship everywhere in the US. I can ship Dubia roaches, substrates, foods, and all the other supplies
2. I now can ship through UPS.
3.If there is no picture of the product, I just haven't had time to upload it. If you would like a picture of it, message me and I'll get you a picture.
Shipping:
-I ship Mondays-Wednesdays
- I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING DELAYS OR PACKAGE BEING DILIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS
- Dry goods and live orders will be shipped separately. Unless the orders are small enough to fit into the boxes I ship live orders in, then they will be shipped together
Dry goods:
UPS ground saver - $5-$15
USPS ground advantage - $5-$15
If you order a lot of substrate, shipping might be more than $15 due to the weight of the substrate
Live orders:
USPS Priority - $10 - $20
(LAG If temps under 75F in your area, NO LAG if 85F+)
Above 75F, a cryopack may be required if available for an additional $5 for LAG.
UPS 2nd day air - $25 - $35
(LAG If temps under 75F in your area, NO LAG if 85F+)
Above 75F, a cryopack may be required if available for an additional $5 for LAG.
UPS over night - $40 - $50 (free cryopack if needed)
(required if temps above 85F for LAG with cryopack
Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG) Policy:
-LAG is void if the package is delayed.
-You will be responsible for paying shipping for the replacement package for LAG.
-Send picture If your package arrives DOA. There is a 2 hour grace period. If you contact me that all your pods or roaches are dead 5 hours after they arrive, you do not qualify for LAG.
-I am not responsible if the package gets delayed or mis-handles during shipment.
Permit information:
I currently don't have a permit (PPQ-526) right now but I am working on getting one. Due to the government shutdown, I will be unable to get the permit until the government "Re-opens". Because of the lack of permit, I am only able to ship isopods and springtails in the state I live in (Texas). I will be able to ship dubia roaches, substrates, foods, and all the other supplies. The only thing I can't ship across states is Isopods and springtails. I can do Local pickup too. I am located in North East Texas.
